My name is Kimmy and I am an actor, singer, and storyteller!

Growing up in the beautiful beachside community of Vero Beach, Florida, my Grandma and I would read books by the dozen on the back porch, sparking my passion for stories. Then, when I was 5, my mom took me to see a production of Children of Eden and I was exposed to a new world of creative expression. When I saw the performers sing and dance on that stage I knew that I wanted to be up there with them, and once I was, I never wanted to leave.

As my parents are unconditionally supportive, they quickly enrolled me in dance and acting classes and I soon began auditioning for shows at Riverside Children’s Theatre.

Fifteen years later, I new that I wanted to turn my passion into a career and began auditioning for BFA programs all over the country. Eventually, I decided to attend Elon University in North Carolina. At Elon, I was able to learn from outstanding professors and was given the chance to study Commedia dell’arte at the Accademia dell’Arte in Arezzo, Italy. My favorite role from Elon was Essie in You Can’t Take it With You!

After graduating with my BFA in Acting from Elon University in 2017, I became a Performance Apprentice at Riverside Theatre in my hometown of Vero Beach. At Riverside, I not only got to perform in 3 children’s tours, and make my Equity debut in The Mystery of Edwin Drood, but I also had the opportunity to originate the role of Leo in the new musical Leo: A Ghost Story.

Then, in September 2018, I made the big move to New York City to pursue my passion for performing. While in the city, I began taking dance classes at Broadway Dance Center and enrolled in Actor Therapy with the amazing Lindsay Mendez and Ryan Scott Oliver. Living in this incredible city has inspired me to work harder and expand my creative horizons. I am so excited to be here and cannot wait for what the future has in store for me.
